The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) is responsible for supervising the implementation of the GDPR in the UK. An entity is required by law to register and pay the data protection fee if it is processing personal data outside of the exemptions.
The Bookkeeper is registered with the ICO, proving that we are complying with the legislation.
